With assistance from Crismo Windster and Angel Luis de la Rosa The Unicorn originated from the same idea as the Pegasus. Here too we find a mythical animal though not the elegant white horse from fairy tales, but one that is firmly anchored to the ground – the reality of the sculptor. The interior construction is a cutting machine which forms a unit with the primarily square metal plates on the outside. The disconcerting design imparts a peculiar dimension, which is what a work of art must do – surprise and move.
