This ceramic sculpture was part of the collection of the Cultuurfonds Caribisch Gebied and was not included in Sling’s (1947–) exhibitions at Museum Beelden aan Zee in Scheveningen (November 2017 – January 2018) and at Landhuis Bloemhof (February – March 2018). However, the sculpture is depicted in the book on Norma Sling’s work, Forms of Love, written by Felix de Rooy and Jennifer Smit, and published in 2017 by Museum Beelden aan Zee and Waanders Publishers. After Mr. Gulmans acquired the work and exhibited it in the Blue Bay Sculpture Garden, Trono was eventually donated, and it is now on permanent display here.
